We currently deliver within Geelong, Surf Coast and even outer suburbs of Melbourne. If you’re unsure whether your location is included, contact us and we’ll confirm.
5. How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees vary based on distance, from home base ➡️ pick up address ➡️ delivery address. We’ll contact you with the estimated cost before confirming your booking.
6. Can I track my delivery?
Yes! We provide real-time updates via SMS. You’ll receive tracking information once your delivery is confirmed.
8. What if no one is available to receive the package?
If no one is available at the delivery location, we will attempt to contact the recipient. If unsuccessful, we may return the item or schedule a redelivery (additional fees may apply).
