She Does Deliver provides pickup and delivery services for documents, parcels, and goods within designated service areas.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery of prohibited, illegal, or unsafe items (e.g., hazardous materials, firearms, cash over legal limits, perishable goods without proper packaging).

2. Customer Responsibilities

You must provide accurate pickup and delivery details, including correct addresses, contact numbers, and special instructions.

Packages must be securely packed and labeled. We are not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that someone is available at both pickup and delivery locations during the agreed time.

3. Delivery Times

While we strive to meet requested pickup and delivery times, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Same-day and express services are subject to availability.

4. Payments

Delivery fees will be confirmed prior to service.

Payment must be made through approved methods (e.g., credit/debit card, online payment, cash on delivery where applicable).

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Deliveries canceled before delivery date may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Once a courier is en route, cancellations will still incur a fee.

Refunds will be processed within 2 business days to the original payment method.
